Fexofenadine Hydrochloride

Fexofenadine Hydrochloride is a second-generation, non-sedating H1 receptor antagonist. It is highly selective for peripheral H1 receptors and does not readily cross the blood-brain barrier, minimizing sedative side effects.

Dosage by Body Weight

Adults and children 12 years and older: 180 mg once daily or 60 mg twice daily. Children 2 to 11 years: 30 mg twice daily. Take with water. Do not take with fruit juice (grapefruit, orange, or apple) as it may reduce absorption.
